An Investment Note is a legally binding document containing information about the issuer and its business, how much they intend to raise, how much interest they pay to their INVESTORS, when they will make those payments, etc.
Every platform will have their own version in terms of layout but the contents are pretty much standard. Some have more information than others. I find this one from Moneysave.com.my to be the best and most comprehensive ones
This is no different from factsheets that you normally get from unit trust companies detailing the fund’s mandate, manager, historical performance, minimum investment value, etc.
